Front Office Operation



GTHI certificate programme in front office operation and service is a one-year intensive course programme. The programme is designed to prepare students with the required skills or education needed to work effectively in a hotel or any other similar facility that would require the service of a Receptionist, Guest Relations Officer, Reservation officer, concierge, cashier, bellboy and Front Office Accounts Auditors. etc Our students are trained by highly qualified professionals, many of whom have several years of work experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. The students are equipped with knowledge in practical training at the school before being sent for three months internship at various Hotels in the . After successful completion of the industrial training, the students graduate with a certificate in Front Office Course.

Entry Requirements

To enter directly into the Certificate programme candidate must have 5 passes in West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (WASSCE) including English and Mathematics. Mature Students, with 3 passes in WASSCE, over 30 years of age with the relevant work experience are encourage to apply.
