Admission

To enter directly into the Certificate programme candidate must have a minimum of five passes in the West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (WASSCE) including English and Mathematics. Mature Students, with 3 passes in WASSCE, over 30 years of age with the relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.

GTHI is an intimate, hotel style school, a perfect place to learn the requisite skills of five-star service, hotel and Tourism management. At GTHI we pride ourselves on the personal attention offered to each student, thanks to an individual approach and small sizes class of at most twenty-five students per class.

Our objectives are to prepare qualified professionals and managers to be able to efficiently run the hotels, cruise ships restaurants and resorts, providing the quality of training needed to handle various roles in the industry.

GTHI has an open-door admission policy, We are open to the general public, and We accept both local and international students. Students must be above 18 to be eligible for admission.
Prospective students are advised to verify that they meet the minimum admission requirement for their choice of program to avoid being rejected because the only candidates with minimum entry requirements would be allowed to take up a course with us.
